Katy Perry listed her penthouse at 65 North Moore Street in February, after she and husband Russell Brand split. Perry and Brand paid $2.68 million for the apartment in 2010 and relisted it for $2.75 million. Rumor had it the place sold for less than ask—and in fact, the Observer reports, it sold for less than Perry and Brand paid for it.
