Pomegranate Vanilla Sangria: 1 large navel orange sliced, 1 large apple chopped, 1 large pear chopped, the arils of 1 pomegranate, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 vanilla beans, 1 1/2 bottles of red wine (I bought a Spanish red wine), 2 cups of sparkling pomegranate soda (bought mine at Trader Joe’s), 1/2 cup brandy, 1/2 cup sugar (possibly more depending on your wine), and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
Summer Sangria: 1 bottle Pinot Noir, 1/4 cup brandy, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 1 thinly sliced lime and orange, 1 apple peeled/cored/sliced, 1/2 thinly sliced kiwi, 1 cup club soda, 1 cup diet ginger ale Mix wine, brandy, fruit and refrigerate overnight. Add ginger ale and club soda and pour into ice-filled glasses.
White Strawberry Lemon Sangria: This easy sangria is a perfect fruity drink for a summer garden party. Ingredients: 2 lemons, thinly sliced 1 apple, cored and sliced (any kind) 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced lengthwise 1 750 ml bottle white wine ½ cup white rum 4 cups lemon-lime soda.
Strawberry Lime Rose Sangria; 1 1/2 cups Sliced Strawberries, 2 Limes (sliced thinly), 750ml bottle of Rose Wine, 1/2 cup White Rum, 4 cups Sprite, Ice; Add sliced limes and strawberries to a large pitcher. Pour the wine and rum over the top. Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (up to 24 hours). Remove from refrigerator and add the lemon lime soda. Add ice and a few pieces of the fruit to your glass and pour sangria over to serve.
Strawberry Lemonade Sangria 2 lemons, thinly sliced 2 cups strawberries, sliced 1 bottle white wine 1/2 cup rum 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and stir. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours until ready to serve.
