Sliced Baked Potatoes. Brush both sides with butter. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 375F 30- 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. Top with bacon, cheese, green onion. Continue baking until the cheese has melted. Add a dollop of sour cream when done and serve!
Loaded Creamy Baked Potato Soup - Good recipe, though I'd recommend 1) leaving the skin on the potatoes to make it more authentic, 2) par-boiling them until 'just' beginning to soften, draining and removing them from the pan, then continuing on with the directions, and 3) using pre-packaged real bacon bits to make the process a bit easier but just as tasty! :)
