Light Chocolate Frosty  1 cup original unsweetened almond milk 1 frozen banana 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 8-10 ice cubes 1 tsp of chia seeds (optional)  Throw it all in a blender until smooth

Ready made smoothie packs.  This works wonderfully! I've learned to be cautious w/ water  type fruits tho (eg. Watermelon) - only freeze for a couple days at most. Others last the whole week no prob.

Freeze greek yogurt in a muffin tin and slice up your favorite fruits.     Add about 3 yogurt pucks with a cup and a half of fruit to a ziplock bag and then you have breakfast smooties premade for the morning.      just blend with a splash of juice and enjoy!
