#paleo Sandwich Bread: 1 C extra smooth raw cashew butter at room temperature; 4 large eggs, separated + 1 egg white; 1/2 to 2 T honey; 2.5 tsp apple cider vinegar; 1/4 C almond milk; 1/4 C coconut flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp sea salt | preheat oven to 325 then reduce to 300 F. Bake with a pan of water on bottom rack. The steam helps bread rise as well as keeps it white.

This recipe includes "egg tortillas" eggs, ghee/coconut oil, ground beef or turkey, chopped veggies of choice, salsa, raw cheese or carrot, garlic, onions, greens, coconut yogurt or sour cream.
