Smoothie chart - tried my first smoothie with spinach, blueberries, peaches, greek yogurt, carrots, and flaxseed added. (Plus a little apple juice to thin it out a bit) Delicious!! The 5 year old asked for seconds!
Dr Oz’s Anti-Bloat Chocolate Berry Smoothie 1 C strawberries 1 C raspberries 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips 1 C almond milk 1 C of ice Mix all ingredients in a blender until you reach the desired thickness. Drink and enjoy!
