A "calming jar". This is a great idea! The concept: when feeling overwhelmed or stressed, shake the jar, disturbing the glitter. Watch as the glitter slowly falls and settles, dancing it's way down. Once it's settled, you should be distracted enough from your stress to have calmed down! This is great for women, and for kids.
finger weaving - scarves twist loops of fabric through your fingers, add another loop, pull first fabric over each finger from back of hand toward palm, add another loop and repeat... this is very much like loom-knitting, except you cant stop until your done... LOL
