Creamy Feta Vinaigrette... I made this last night and its amazing!!!! I did not have buttermilk so I left it out and its still delicious! I used it in my slaw for lunch today and then again for Greek kabobs tonight!!
Balsamic Vinaigrette Ingredients 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (whole grain dijon is also great if you have it) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove, crushed (or minced if you like a stronger garlic flavor)
This is the best vinaigrette you'll ever have. Loaded with garlic, herbs plus honey, dijon, and a little bit of a secret ingredient..it elicits raves from all who try it. Dump all the ingredients in a clean, empty jar with a lid, and shake.
