Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball 2 (8 oz each) packages cream cheese (I used the fat free) 1 (1 oz.) packet dry buttermilk ranch dressing mix 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated 4 green onions, thinly sliced 5 pieces of turkey bacon, fried and crumbled 1/4 cup chopped black olives, optional pecans or almonds, finely chopped for coating
Rotel Cups (makes 45) - 1 can drained rotel tomatoes, 1 bag bacon pieces, 1 cup shredded swiss, 1 cup mayo, and 3 pkgs thawed phyllo pastry cups. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the first 4 ingredients and scoop evenly into cups. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350 for 15 minutes.
