Doesn't this sound delicious? Bumpy Cakes are less like regular cake and more breakfasty - sort of like pancakes & crepes rolled into one yummy 9x13 dish ready for butter, syrup, powdered sugar, berries, or whatever else you like on your breakfast cakes.

Definitely measure out the hot chocolate mix. My batter was really really crumbly and wouldn't form into balls. So I popped it in the fridge overnight and went from there. Hot Chocolate Cookies by Pennies on a Platter, via Flickr

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops. Made with all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. These are very fluffy, and they really do have a texture somewhere in between a cookie and a muffin. They are absolutely delicious, and perfect for Halloween parties (or any time of the year!)
