Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops. These are very fluffy, and they really do have a texture somewhere in between a cookie and a muffin. They are absolutely delicious, and perfect for Halloween parties (or any time of the year!)

Doesn't this sound delicious? Bumpy Cakes are less like regular cake and more breakfasty - sort of like pancakes & crepes rolled into one yummy 9x13 dish ready for butter, syrup, powdered sugar, berries, or whatever else you like on your breakfast cakes.
