Egg Muffins: made 9/2/11 would be great for breakfast/brunch potlucks Update: I just sprayed the muffin tin with oil, I didn't also grease them like the recipe said. Bad idea! Even after soaking in hot water and soap, the egg does not want to come off. Next time, I'll probably use muffin/cupcake papers
