This is the drop 10 workout; I am on day 2 and...Yawn...Yawn...Did I say...Yawn? Not sure how I will break any plateau with this. A beginner is sure to drop weight with it, but this is cake walk for me. If anyone tries this and actually loses 10 pounds, I want to hear from you!:) I eat a mostly clean diet and work out daily. I have done P90X and find this to be a fun workout to add to stuff I already do. My HRM tells me I burn 65 calories with it.

1000 calorie Work Out Not sure it really burns 100 calories at a time, but this is a quick circuit that can be done anywhere, can't go wrong with that.
cardio + abs + legs + arms for a total body workout that's not easy if you do the 7 rounds. my disclaimer: doing this will not necessarily burn 1000 calories & make you lose a pound if you do it 3 times - that depends on how you get your heart pumping by continuously doing the exercises & also your diet :)
