When I make these, I don't cut the tomatoes in half and I buy the mini ball mozzarella to make it VERY easy. I use slightly longer skewers and put them in a martini glass rather than on a plate. Sooo cute and DELICIOUS!!!!
Caprese Skewers: Ingredients:*1 pint cherry tomatoes*1 pint yellow tomatoes*1 pound fresh ciliegine or other type of mozzarella cheese, fresh*1 cup fresh basil leaves, gently torn into 1/2-inch pieces*Pinch red pepper flakes, to taste*Sea salt, to taste*Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling*Wooden skewers, for serving
