Who needs potato chips and Corn Nuts? Make roasted spicy chickpeas. Oven 400°F. Drain and rinse chickpeas in a colander. Pat all the way dry. Toss chickpeas in a medium sized bowl with olive oil, sea salt, and (curry or mexican) spices. Arrange chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
