Waiting for someone else to make you happy is the best way to be sad. -Make sure to eat foods to keep serotonin levels high. Serotonin (a brain chemical) is the happy hormone. and tyrosine (health food store) has been known to help with low serotonin.
If someone seems to not care about hurting your feelings - you can decide to forgive them. Move on because any grudges you carry will hurt you more than them. Use that energy to plan and prepare for the life you want to live and dream of. Remember this...you will want forgiveness too one day. Don't let the little things hold you down or make you always upset.
don't judge. I don't get why people think that they are Jesus, Jesus died for our sins period!!!!! If you don't like the way others live, than concentrate on yourself only. Let people find their spiritual path and respect. You are NOT my JUDGE
