Previous pinner: Italian zucchini boats (recipe) - I actually modified ingredients. I used the chopped zucchini pulp, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, garlic, Wildtree Herb Rancher's Steak Rub, Roasted garlic salt, Wildtree Herb roasted garlic grape seed. panko bread crumbs and asiago cheese with rosemary and olive oil. Tasted great even before the stuffing was cooked!! This will become a stable!

Heat pan MED-HI +saute onion, 3 min. Stir in zucchini+cook 3 min until tender. Add tomatoes+P into pan. Simmer 5 min. Add tortellini +parmesan cheese. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese + broil until cheese bubbles
