Roasted Red Pepper Sauce. Use spaghetti squash or zucchini strips for the pasta. I think I'll try the roasting peppers part of this recipe and add them to some cauliflower sauce (recipe pinned on this board). Of course skip the cheese. I think I'll also try making the roasted pepper sauce using chicken broth in place of half & half. If you try that before me please post how you like it.
