Do everything without whining, complaining or arguing. Every one has their own jar. Start off the week with a set amount of quarters in each jar. If they are caught whining or complaining, they lose a quarter. At the end of the week, they get the money that's left or you could put it towards an activity.

Behavior Chart and Jars ~ Each child has their own jar to receive pompoms for good behavior. The child set goals for something they really want, and then when their jars are full, they earn their prizes.
You do not get paid for chores because it's an expected part of being a family. Allowance is teaching children how to manage money. I have started this with the kids, the chore list doesn't get money but the commission chart does! There are different chores on each. AND she incorporates tithing and savings! Brilliant!
