I found this in Fitness magazine a few years ago. This is a great interval workout. You are constantly changing speed/incline so you won't get bored with it and it won't feel like you've been on the machine for 20 minutes. A good way to burn approx 200 calories in 20 minutes. This helped me lose 22lbs.
Well i would be more specific and say it used to be brownies ;) there are so many things about you that just speak to who i am. We align on more levels than i thought possible and even the things we dont see the same (far and few in between) doesnt change the respect we have for eachothers opinions. I feel like we are truly a team and partners in every sense. I love you and i admire you and i will always continue to do so.
