Sounds great, but I've read 1 pound of muscle is good for 50 calories per day. add 10 lbs of muscle you will burn 500 extra calories per day, which is 3500 extra calories per week. That equals 1 lb of weight loss per week.
Squats shrink your hips, lift your bootie, firm your thighs and shape your calves. Its the perfect exercise. Add bicep curls or arm press w/ some resistance and you will have a total body workout. I LOVE my squats!
