Mix spices & sugar, Place bread on baking sheet. Cut top of bread, remove center Spread butter on bread; sprinkle with 2 tsp spices. Cut bread edges. Remove rind & place in bread. Sprinkle rest of spices. Replace top of bread. Bake 20 to 30 mins. Remove bread top & cut bite size. Dip bread pieces in Brie.
