Hashbrown Casserole: Cracker Barrel's Recipe    1 bag (32oz) shredded hash browns  1/4 cup melted butter, salt, pepper  1 can cheddar cheese soup & 1 cream of chicken soup, 1 pint of sour cream  1 onion chopped, 1 bag pepper jack   Preheat oven to 350. CRACK POTATOES  2 (16oz) tubs of Sour Cream  2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese  2 (3oz) Bags Bacon Bits  2 pkgs Ranch Dip mix  1 large bag (28-30oz) Shredded potatoes    Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Add potatoes, pour into large casserole dish.  Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until top is lightly browned and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.

White Chicken Enchiladas Oven-350. Grease 9x13 pan  Mix 2 c cooked shredded ckn &1 c Monterey Jack cheese. Roll up into 10 soft tortillas & place in pan.
