    Used Costco Pesto & Frozen Cooked Shrimp & Bowtie Pasta; Cooked chopped onions down in butter, until caramelized. Deglazed pan with 1/2 cup white wine then added pesto Added finely chopped sundried tomato and shrimp Let simmer until reduced by almost half ground sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste Served with lemon wedge and squeezed juice on pasta just before serving. Topped with fresh minced parsley, and fresh tomato and a dash of Crystal Hot sauce. Kids LOVED it.
