    Evolution of Horror Movie Poster Designs: 1922 – 2009 | Tutorial51

Probably my most favorite movie ever. I watch it every time it is on even though I own it. I just love it!

Shaun of the Dead (2004), Universal Pictures, Studio Canal, and Working Title Films with Simon Pegg, Kate Ashfield, and Nick Frost. Can we really call this hysterically funny movie horror? I guess so ... but ...

    The Thing

Wings Movie Poster. This is the Howard Hughes film that took so long to make but was a hit.

Underworld is a series of vampire/werewolf films directed by Len Wiseman and Patrick Tatopoulos screenplay by Danny McBride. The first film, Underworld, was released in 2003. Selene, a beautiful vampire warrior, is entrenched in a war between the vampire and werewolf races. Although she is aligned with the vampires, she falls in love with Michael, a werewolf who longs for the war to end.

The woman who cursed her in this movie, creeped me the hell out. Lol

Insidious - one super scary movie. I prefer horror movies like this one that doesn't resort to all kinds of gore. It just relies on good storytelling.

Scream (1996) Really loved the original three for this. I didn't enjoy the last one so forget it. Overall loved this and some of the themes it carried throughout the series.

    Sleepy Hollow

    "Old timey". Great film.

Released in 1978 (franchise consisting of 10 movies). You can't have a scary movie collection without John Carpenter's Halloween and the "scream queen" Jamie Lee Curtis. These movies are so predictable and follow every cliche that ever existed, however a classic is a classic and if they keep making them, I will keep watching them!

    The Day After Tomorrow

Really cute film about a rat that's interesting in cooking and great at it!

    Great movie!
