How to Draw a Detox Bath.... Whew! This was pretty rough on me. I had to sit up out of the water several times, but I lasted 20 minutes as suggested. My calves were sore prior to soaking but feeling fine now. Had a bit of a headache about 5 minutes after getting out due to toxins release. Feeling alright now and getting ready for bed.
