    (Freezing) Avacado Recipes-to freeze avacado: Puree - Place avocados in food processor or blender. Add a ratio of one TBS of an acidic agent like lemon or lime juice for each avocado. Puree until smooth. Mashing the avocado rather than pureeing yields a less desirable result because the acidic agent is unevenly mixed in. Package - Place the puree into an air-tight container and close tightly Frozen avocado puree must be used within 4 to 5 months of freezing.
