1 Bacon strip
450 g Ground beef, grass fed

Produce

3 slices Avocado
3 cloves Garlic
1 Jalapeno pepper, large
1 Kale, fresh leaf
2 tbsp Mint, fresh
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
2 slices Tomato

Refrigerated

2 Pastured egg

Canned Goods

3/4 cup Sauerkraut

Condiments

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Anise seeds
1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly cracked
1/8 tsp Clove, ground
1/4 tsp Himalayan or unrefined sea salt

Other

1/3 cup Crispy lardons (or 2-3 crispy bacon strips and their drippings)
