Breakfast Muffin Cups...made these this morning with sun dried tomatoes, a on, onion, red pepper, spinach and a dash of Tabasco /salt and pepper. They wereprettygood. A chorizo would have been better but I used what I had in the fridge. No complaints from
NSNG Microwave Bread/Muffin 1 egg 3 Tbsp almond flour 1.75 Tbsp butter (I like mine salted.) Handful of blueberries - Mix. - Throw in berries, mix them in. - Pour in microwave-safe bowl. (I use 2 silicone muffin cups.) - Microwave 95 sec–2 min (monitor to see what works based on bowl/dish you used)
