Visualize poster and activity with My Neighbor's Dog is Purple poem by Jack Prelutsky

I use this in my classroom, but I definitely need to start calling Voice Level 1 "spy talk". It's MUCH cooler than whispering! (If anyone has never heard of this before, I HIGHLY recommend it! It took a couple of weeks for my kids to get the hang of it, but now they ask me what voice level they are allowed to be at for certain activities. It's AMAZING!)

Love this writing chart....This colorful chart explains how to write wonderful sentences.

This would be a great classroom chart to have up as a model for students based off of an Interactive Read Aloud that you've done with the whole class. Students could then try this method out in their independent reading.

I like this idea for each reading comprehension skill. Could write on large flip paper and review while studying the skill. Also could be used for reviews when needed.

Cute idea for teaching inference! Thinking kids could infer about each other and ten create a character "bag" based on the character traits!
