    the crust is NOT good in my opinion. maybe I did something wrong. Will not make this again.

    Just made this tonight. It was AWESOME!! The crust, we thought, was very tasty, but you definitely can't pick it up and eat it. I have no problem with that, since I usually eat my pizza with a fork, anyway. I will definitely be making this again. :)

1/2 cup whipping cream 4 teaspoons Splenda 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder Sugar-free Cool Whip Directions: Place whipping cream, Splenda, vanilla and cocoa powder in blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Spoon mixture into parfait glasses. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with cocoa powder.

    Forget the cool whip. Top with coconut whipped cream. Use stevia instead of splenda.

    I would use stevia because its healthier, but that's just my opinion!:)

    I actually use stevia.....It is pretty rich BUT when I am dieting and need a chocolate fix 1 tablesppon of chocolate helps the craving. It seems my craving wont stop till I satisfy it and with this its not as damaging as a chocolate bar! :)
