Shredding Chicken - Wish I knew this a LONG time ago. Perfectly shredded chicken in seconds.... throw cooked chicken (still warm/hot) in Kitchen Aid with the paddle attachment. Turn to speed 4-6 and in 20 seconds you'll have perfect, restaurant style shredded chicken. I HATE SHREADING CHICKEN!! This is awesome!
Been doing this for years! My mother taught it to me! Unopened can of condensed milk + 8 hours on low (completely submerged in water) in the crock pot + cool down in the fridge = Caramel! This is the best caramel I've ever had, let alone made! It's so easy! Need to try this!
Tip for freezing eggs~ When I find a sale on eggs, I often freeze to store for baking and cooking later. Eggs can not be frozen in the shell... but can be out of the shell. Crack a single egg into each slot in an ice cube tray. Freeze, then pop out and put back into the freezer in a zip lock bag freeing up your ice cube trays for other purposes. To use simply leave a cube per each egg the recipe calls for sitting at room temp in a bowl to defrost.
