Fat Blaster Workout : Back On Pointe. Back on pointe is a really great blog and the girl who runs it is super nice and really helpful. I recommend her if you have any questions about workouts or eating habits because she's gone through a weight transformation!

I love these exercises because my schedule doesn't always allow me to get to the gym. After putting in a 12 hour day, these are great workouts I can do at home.
