Gluten free • Serves 6


3 cut into 4-inch chunks 1 1/2 pounds (about 2-3) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boneless skinless


1 Cilantro, fresh
1/2 tsp Coriander
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
1 Jalapeno
1 Yellow onion, medium

Canned Goods

2 cups Chicken broth
1 can Tomato paste

Pasta & Grains

1 Rice, Hot cooked

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Chili powder
2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive or canola oil


3 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Half-and-half, fat free

    Indian Butter Chicken: YUM. I love Indian food, and this is one of my faves. I added 2tsp of sugar to the sauce as well. I could have eaten the whole dish myself. Isaac even ate it, but it is a little spicy.
