Shrimp Boil for One, with Homemade Cocktail Sauce

2 tbsp Louisiana brand liquid crawfish boil seasoning
2 tsp Louisiana brand powdered shrimp boil seasoning
1/2 lb Shrimp, large

Produce

1 ear Corn, fresh yellow
2 Golf-ball-sized new redskin potatos
1 Lemon or lime

Condiments

2 tsp Horseradish
1/4 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Lime or lemon juice
1/2 tsp Tabasco or other hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Baking & Spices

6 tbsp Salt

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.
