Healthy chicken... 1/2 cup parmasean cheese 1 cup of Greek yogurt-plain 1 tsp of garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1/2 tsp pepper Spread mixture over chicken breasts, Bake @ 375 for 45 mins and wola!!!
Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas from Six Sister's Stuff. This was a good dish. It was different than your average "enchilada" because it was sweet. The bean dip that I made as a side wasn't fantastic WITH the enchiladas...I was expecting them to be more Mexican-y.
