Looks delicious! Yummy and easy....zucchini, yellow squash, roma tomatoes, and potatoes on a bed of sauteed onion with garlic. Roasted and topped with parmesan cheese and herbs. Sounds amazing! Vegetable Tian. Made with thinly sliced tomatoes, zuchini, onions and potatoes. Brushed with olive oil, spiced with tyme, salt, pepper and with a bit of chopped garlic, then sprinkled with romano or gouda grated cheese. Baked at 375, with foil for 30 minutes, and then without for 25. :) Sounds delicious.
No instructions, just pictures. But you can do this with a variety of vegetables and spices... The possibilities are endless!! Definitely on my list
