All the jump ropin’ kept my heart rate up and I enjoyed the mix of cardio and leg exercises. Though you can definitely do this circuit without any weights, I used the following weights for the first three exercises: Squats: 95 lbs. Stationary Lunges: 40 lb. bar Bridges: 25 lbs.

Jumping Jacks Circuit Workout

Super Sweaty Circuit Workout. Do 50 reps of each exercise before resting for 20 secs and moving onto the next exercise. Trust me, you'll be sweating half way through!

Holy galloping heart rate, Batman! I gave myself a 3 min break between circuits and had to build in a few 15 second breaks in the second circuit. Oh, and I had to do girl push ups. The goals are to get rid of the extra breaks, build the jump roping up to a minute and get to real push ups.
