Crab and Ricotta Cannelloni. Instead of white Béchamel I used a Lobster Bisque from Costco. Yammm!
Artichoke Spinach Cannelloni With Roasted Red Pepper Sauce: if you imagine Spinnach/Artichoke Dip in a pasta rollatini with a delicious zesty pepper sauce, then this is exactly what this recipe is like. So yummy - we partially cooked dried lasagne sheets as we didn't have any fresh lasagne, but it would be fantastic with home made lasagne. Really easy to make and the red pepper sauce was absolutely fantastic. 10/10
