The Count of Monte Cristo (Barnes & Noble Leatherbound Classics Series) SO very much better than the movie. I think the movie should not have even been called The Count of Monte Cristo because it is so different!

My favorite book ever!!!! Beautifully descriptive novel of the role of four women living in Masada in 70-73 CE. Powerful images!

This one was a re-read. One of my favorite books and films. I love Bridget Jones! Gonna have to watch the movie for the thousandth time now that I've read the book again.

But here's the thing. As you fellow mommies know, spare time in the day to actually find to read a book can be hard to come by so I don't have the time or patience to "get into a book." It has to grab me from the first chapter and be so good it becomes one of those books you can't put down.

Memoirs of a Geisha (2005)

Memoirs of a Geisha LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!! and the book too!

Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden. Buy this eBook on #Kobo: http://www.kobobooks.com/ebook/Memoirs-of-a-Geisha/book-607pOl-dyEaDJ3zhJVYd0g/page1.html

This is an incredibly sad book. However, it is very interesting to get a glimpse into another culture where geishas did exist and provide a complex service for society.

Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden. I love this book! It chronicles the fascinating life of Chiyo, who is sold to a geisha house, where she later becomes the star geisha, Sayuri.
