This morning I made a super simple smoothie that knocked my socks off. All you need is a blender and the following ingredients: 2 frozen bananas 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup fresh cut pineapple 2 handfuls of baby spinach water ice (if desired)

drink this daily and watch the pounds come off. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 bananas, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, 1/2 orange. Blend well and enjoy! I love green smoothies!!! This will give you tons of energy!
