Green Chicken Enchiladas - a huge hit! used about a cup more of onions and twice as much garlic. Also doubled the tomatillos, jalapenos and the broth, which gave us lots of sauce to work with. Put some extra garlic and onions in with the chicken, reserved some onions to go in the tortillas at the end and added extra garlic to the sauce when blending it. We also skipped dipping the tortillas in oil for time reasons.
