These were a huge hit-- if you love mint Oreos as much as we do, these have the same flavor but with a delicious, cake-textured cookie! I chose to use mint extract instead of peppermint so that they were closer to that mint flavor, and only used 1teaspoon. Milk Chocolate Chips White Chocolate Chips Andie's Mint Chips Melt each chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, at 30 second intervals at 1/2 power, until fully melted. Spread them 1 at a time onto wax paper, one on top of the other. Using a fork, swirl the layers together (carefully), to give it a marble look. Refrigerate until hard then brake into desired size pieces.
