We personally don’t use time-outs in our home but I imagine that this might be a nice alternative to something like that, and certainly more fun than sitting on a chair!) We mixed 1 tablespoon of pink glitter-glue with about 1 cup of hot water, then added pink food colouring and a tiny tub of glitter.
