Chicken taco chili...only about 200 calories a serving and makes 8 servings! 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can corn kernels, 16 oz tomato sauce, 28 oz diced tomatoes, packet taco seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 3 boneless chicken breasts. 6 hours high or 10 hours low in the crock pot.

CROCK-POT: Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken : 1 lb chicken + 1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1 cup salsa + 1 pkg taco seasoning = on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and add 1 cup sour cream, drained can of black beans and 1 cup frozen corn. Heat through and serve. I also added diced onion, green pepper, and red pepper. We served it over brown rice...all the kids even ate the peppers and onions!
Delicious and Easy! Throw chicken in the crockpot with a jar of salsa mixed with taco seasoning, some corn, black beans and after it is done, shred it. Serve on top of tortillas with sour cream and guacamole ... mmmmmm good!
BBQ Crock Pot Chicken 4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (i threw them in frozen... even easier!) 1 bottle BBQ sauce (sweet baby ray's all the way!) 1/4 c vinegar 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (I didn't even have these, so I skipped it, and it was still delicious.) 1/4 c brown sugar 1/2 - 1 tsp. garlic powder
