Peanut butter cookies for only 44 calories. I make them a little differently, I do not use baking soda, I use 1 teaspoon vanilla. I also only use cup of Splenda granular, the 1 cup should only be if you use real sugar.

Think I'll try it using 1/4 of a graham cracker & the 2 marshmallow halves side-by-side on it. (Happy coincidence that this would double the size of each serving - they are called S'mores for a reason!!!)
