    I’m always left with partial containers of broth, and I don’t want to waste it so I freeze it in portions. I use silicone muffin cups to do this…just measure out 1/4 cup (or what ever amount you want) into each cup, put them on a cookie sheet for easy freezing, and put them in your freezer. Once they’re frozen, just pop them out of the cups and into a ziplock bag, and you have portions of broth ready at your fingertips when you need them!
