    ~VANILLA RUM SOAKED FRENCH TOAST~ ½ to ¾ cup half & half, 3 large eggs, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, ⅛ tsp nutmeg, 2 tbsp rum, pinch of salt, 6-8 slices of french bread slightly stale and cut thickly.

Pumpkin French toast. I am soooo making this. Update: Made this, finally. It has more of a mild pumpkin flavor than I expected but it's very good. I used twice the cinnamon the recipe called for, plus I used cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest - it was awesome. I will definitely be making this again.
