Start by keeping your legs together, your back straight and your hands at your sides. 2.	Keeping your back straight, lean forward from your hips with your arms out an. Simultaneously, push your right leg back until it forms a 90-degree angle.  3.	Return to starting position.  4.	Repeat this exercise 12 times on each leg.
