    Closet Cooking: Artichoke Bread 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 2 green onions, sliced 2 cloves garlic, chopped 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise Mix all and spread into hollowed out loaf. Top with Parmesan. Bake 350F in foil for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until the cheese is melted.

baked Crab & Artichoke Dip. very good!! i used shredded mozzerella and it was a cheesy goodness! i topped it with four cheese blend and parm and more mozz! i thought the bundle of onions was a lot but it was just perfect! i used sour cream and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. everyone loved it! 5/5
