Homemade Granola Bars--Makes 45 granola bars! Wow! :-) I love how cost-effective this is!

Spoon flavored yogurt into a plastic bag. Squeeze dots onto cookie sheet and place in freezer. They’ll be ready in about an hour! | Such a great healthy summertime snack.

Spoon flavored yogurt into a plastic bag. Squeeze dots onto cookie sheet and place in freezer. They’ll be ready in about an hour! | Such a great healthy summertime snack.

A crispy, kid-friendly snack they can even help make! Preheat oven to 200F. Slice apples very thin, about 1/16 of an inch. Arrange on lined thick-bottomed baking sheet, making sure that none overlap. Bake for 1 hour, flip slices, then bake for one more hour. (I'll probabaly sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on mine!!). Remove from oven and let cool to crisp. Store in an airtight container.
